About Cervical Cancer Screening

Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in Ugandan women — and almost entirely preventable with regular screening. Sameday Health Care Systems offers comprehensive screening across all four branches.

When to seek care

Women 25–49: VIA/VILI every 3 years; Pap smear every 3 years
Women 30+: HPV DNA test every 5 years
Any abnormal bleeding, post-coital bleeding or pelvic pain — book promptly

Our approach

Screening

Pap smear, HPV testing and VIA/VILI same-day; results within a week (or same-day for VIA).

Diagnostics

Colposcopy and biopsy for any abnormal screening result.

Treatment

Cryotherapy/LEEP for precancerous lesions; coordinated oncology referrals for cancer.
