When to seek care

• Confirmed pregnancy — book your first antenatal visit by week 8–12
• Routine antenatal visits every 4 weeks until week 28, then every 2 weeks, then weekly from week 36
• Any bleeding, severe headache, vision changes or reduced fetal movement — call immediately
