Online appointment bookings are requests subject to availability and confirmation. We will confirm your appointment via WhatsApp. Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice may affect future booking privileges.

4. Patient Portal

Access to lab results and patient information through our portal is secured via phone number verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Do not share OTP codes with others.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard. All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated. Refund policies apply as per our billing department guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, Sameday Health Care Systems is not liable for any errors or omissions in website content. Our liability for online services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
